That address reaches the volunteers who run Beacon Peak. Write about anything: a number that should come off a list, a message that did not arrive, a question about what we hold on you, or a group that wants to use the service. We answer within a few days, and sooner when something is going wrong.

To stop messages

Reply STOP to any message from us. That takes effect immediately and needs nothing from us. If you would rather not text, email the address above and we will take the number off by hand.

To get help

Reply HELP to any message and you will get the program name and this contact address back. Email works too.

The number we text from

Beacon Peak messages come from (801) 997-9557. That is the only number we send from. If a text arrives claiming to be us from any other number, it is not us, and we would like to know: support@beaconpeak.org.

Replying to that number

Beacon Peak sends one-way announcements, so the number that texts you is not staffed for conversation and nobody answers it as a phone. Replies are read, but not quickly. Anything time-sensitive should go to the person named in the message, or to support@beaconpeak.org.
